Engagement announced

Mark and Kathy Heiser of Ramona and Tim and Lisa Donahue of Lincolnville announce the engagement of their children, Krista Suzanne Heiser and Andrew Patrick Donahue.

Grandparents are Charles and Ruth Heiser of Ramona, Dottie Bird of Abilene, Jim and Joan Donahue of Lincolnville, and Paul and Elaine Jantzen of Hillsboro.

The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Centre High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse in the trauma/surgical intensive care unit at Via Christi Medical Center, Wichita.

Her fiancé is a 2006 graduate of Centre High School and a 2010 graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural economics. He works on the family farm.

A wedding is planned for Sept. 4 at Trinity Mennonite Church in Hillsboro.
