May 15

6:38 a.m. — Peabody Ambulance reported they were en route to Newton Medical Center. No additional information was available.

9:49 a.m. — A male who had a seizure in the 2100 block of Pawnee Road was transported by Marion Ambulance to St. Luke Hospital.

10:15 a.m. — An elderly female who was lethargic and unresponsive to questions in the 500 block of Sunflower Drive was transported by Hillsboro Ambulance to Newton Medical Center. Goessel first responders assisted on the call.

11:52 a.m. — Marion Ambulance responded to a report of a male in his 70s who was possibly deceased at Cottonwood Point at Marion Reservoir. The male was later declared dead on site by the Marion County Coroner.

3:40 p.m. — A female with a fractured hip at Parkside Homes was transported by Hillsboro Ambulance to Hillsboro Community Hospital.

4:38 p.m. — Peabody Fire Department responded to a small fire. The location and nature of the call were undetermined due to extensive static in radio communications.

7:17 p.m. — Florence Ambulance responded to a report of a female with a possible stroke in the 400 block of Eighth Street. No additional radio transmissions were recorded until the ambulance returned to the station at 8:35 p.m.

8:07 p.m. — A male in his 70s with pain and nausea in the 800 block of North Olive Street was transported by Peabody Ambulance to St. Luke Hospital.

10:17 a.m. — Marion Ambulance responded to a female in her 70s who had fallen in the 300 block of Elm Street. No transportation was required.

10:44 a.m. — A male who had a seizure in the 2100 block of Pawnee Road was transported by Marion Ambulance to St. Luke Hospital.

thursday

12:52 a.m. — A female patient in her 80s at St. Luke Hospital was transported by Marion Ambulance to Kansas Heart Hospital.

10:58 a.m. — Marion Ambulance responded to a report of a male in respiratory arrest in the 400 block of North Walnut Street.

11:22 a.m. — A patient at St. Luke Hospital was transported by Hillsboro Ambulance to Newton Medical Center.

11:37 p.m. — A man coughing blood in 200 block of U.S. 77 was transported by Florence Ambulance to Allen Memorial Hospital. Burns first responders assisted on the call.

friday

12:59 p.m. — Lost Springs Fire, Lincolnville Fire, Tampa Ambulance, and Lincolnville first responders were dispatched for a report of a fire alarm at Centre High School. All units were recalled at 1:05 when the situation was reported as under control.

saturday

3:11 p.m. — Hillsboro Fire Department responded to a report of a fire in a Dumpster at Sonic.

11:18 a.m. — Florence Ambulance responded to a female in her 70s who passed out in the 100 block of East Ninth Street. No transportation was required.

11:28 a.m. — A female in her 80s who fell in the100 block of Eisenhower Drive was transported by Marion Ambulance to St. Luke Hospital.

7:54 p.m. — Peabody Ambulance responded to a report of an individual with arm pain resulting from an accident at U.S. 50 and Old Mill Road. No transportation was required.

9:24 p.m. — A patient at St. Luke Hospital was transported by Marion Ambulance to Wesley Medical Center.

monday

12:50 p.m. — Tampa Ambulance, Lost Springs Fire, and Lincolnville first responders were dispatched to an overturned vehicle one-half mile north of Centre High School on U.S. 77. One individual was transported by Life Team helicopter to Wesley Medical Center.

1:11 p.m. — Marion Rescue was dispatched to the overturned vehicle accident one-half mile north of Centre High School on U.S. 77.

1:17 p.m. — Marion Fire Department was dispatched to overturned vehicle accident to assist in establishing landing zone for Life Team helicopter. Units were recalled at 1:20 when advised Lost Springs Fire Department had two trucks en route.

7:53 p.m. — A female in her 80s who was unresponsive at Bethesda Home was transported by Hillsboro Ambulance to Newton Medical Center. Goessel first responders assisted on the call.

9:03 p.m. — A male with an unspecified condition and location was transported by Tampa Ambulance to Hillsboro Community Hospital.
