8:45 a.m. — Marion ambulance took a woman in her 80s who had a possible stroke from Wagonwheel Rd. between 180th and 190th Rds. to St. Luke Hospital.

1:37 p.m. — Florence fire responded to a false alarm at Peabody Care Center. Peabody fire was called but had no responders.

2:58 p.m. — Hillsboro fire responded to an alarm on 150th Rd. between Goldenrod and Holly Rds. Firefighters said the alarm was probably from smoke escaping from the fireplace.

5:14 p.m. — Marion ambulance took a woman in her 80s who felt ill and confused from Old Mill Rd. between 240th and 250th Rds. to St. Luke.

5:34 p.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to the 800 block of Chestnut St. for a woman in her 50s who had difficulty breathing, possibly as a result of an allergic reaction. It was unclear whether the patient was transported.

6:19 p.m. — Marion ambulance took a man in his 60s with chest and left arm pain from 250th Rd. between U.S. 56/77 and Xavier Rd. to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. Lincolnville first response also responded.

Thursday

8:56 a.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to Peabody-Burns High School for a teen with abdominal and chest pain and difficulty breathing. The student was taken by private vehicle to St. Luke.

11:29 a.m. — Peabody ambulance took a woman in her 80s from Peabody Care Center to Newton Medical Center.

4:44 p.m. — Peabody fire and ambulance responded to a vehicle fire in the 900 block of N. Locust St.

Friday

5:48 p.m. — Hillsboro fire responded to the 200 block of S. Birch St. for a false carbon monoxide alarm.

9:29 p.m. — Marion fire responded to an overhead electric line that was sparking and smoking in the 200 block of N. Cedar St.

10:51 p.m. — Marion fire responded to a false carbon monoxide alarm in the 300 block of S. Freeborn St.

11:06 p.m. — Tampa ambulance took a man who had difficulty breathing from 320th Rd. between Wagonwheel and Xavier Rds. to Herington Municipal Hospital. Lincolnville first response also responded.

Saturday

11:33 a.m. — Goessel first response helped a man in his 70s who fell on 120th Rd. between Goldenrod and Holly Rds. The patient refused transport. Peabody ambulance was called to the scene but was canceled before it arrived.

Sunday

8:01 a.m. — Ramona fire responded to a report of smoke near railroad tracks.

8:24 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the 300 block of S. Floral Dr. for a man in his 70s who had fallen. No transport was made.

2:51 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transferred a patient from Hillsboro Community Hospital to Wesley Medical.

Monday

12:04 p.m. — Peabody ambulance took a woman in her 80s who had shortness of breath from Peabody Care Center to Newton Medical.

2:17 p.m. — Peabody ambulance took a woman in her 70s who had shortness of breath and back pain from Peabody Care Center to Newton Medical.
