Fall prevention class is June 2

A fall prevention class will begin June 2 at Indian Guide Terrace Apartments in Peabody.

From 2 to 4 p.m. for eight weeks, participants will learn to help control their falls, exercises to help improve balance, flexibility, and strength, and changes to reduce fall risks.
