Former Marion resident Kyle Annette Greenemeyer and Cory Jon Painton, both of Oklahoma City, were married April 25 at Bella Strada in Edmond, Okla.
Steve Greenemeyer and Velma Wilson, both of Edmond, are parents of the bride.
Steve and Sue Painton of Edmond are the groom’s parents.
The father escorted the bride. She wore a smooth, heavy ivory satin gown with embroidery and beading under the bustline, which wrapped in the back. The skirt was A-line and floor-length. A deep, back v-line ended with satin buttons and embroidery and beaded details.
The bride carried a bouquet of white hydrangeas and tulips.
The bride’s twin sister, Briana Jo Greenemeyer, was maid of honor. Misty Egleston was a bridesmaid. They wore tea-length, halter gowns in pale green with a gradual A-line skirt and satin ribbon ties at the waist. They carried tulip bouquets.
Randy Painton was best man for his brother. Jon Egleston was a groomsman.
The reception was at Tapwerks Ale House in Oklahoma City.
The couple honeymooned in Jamaica.
The bride lived in Marion until 1980, when she moved to Oklahoma. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice in 1999 from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is employed as an adjuster with Progressive Insurance.
Her husband is manager of Time Rental Equipment in Edmond.
The couple is making their home in Oklahoma City.
