Fundraiser will benefit cancer society

Marion County Relay For Life begins with the survivor walk at 7 p.m. Friday at Joel H. Wiens Stadium on the Tabor College campus in Hillsboro.

The relay and events will continue until 7 a.m. Saturday. A quilt drawing will be at 9 p.m., and the luminary ceremony will be at 10 p.m.

Relay For Life is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. Money raised by the event is used for education, research, advocacy, and services for cancer patients.
