Grandson’s engagement announced

The engagement of Sierra Gottlob and Brett Crask of Manhattan has been announced.

Their parents are Andrew and Leah Gottlob of Girard and Randell and Ann Crask of Girard.

Grandparents are Glenn and Charolotte Gottlob of Girard, Marcia Bruce of Carl Junction, Mo.; Jan and Beverly Bruce of Galena; Eugene and Marge Christensen of Marion; Max and Charlene Crask of Wichita; and the late Nadene Crask.

The prospective bride is a 2008 graduate of Girard High School and attends Kansas State University, majoring in communication sciences and disorders. She is a candidate for graduation in May 2011.

Her fiancé graduated in 2005 from Girard High School and will graduate in May from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering.

A May 22 wedding is planned at Countryside Christian Church in Pittsburg.
