Group gives to scholarship fund

The Marion County Democratic Women met at Marion Senior Center on May 24.

Sue Clough conducted the business meeting.

The group voted to contribute to the Robert B Docking Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Neysa Eberhard invited the group to the Harvey County Democratic Party ham and bean supper on Oct. 12. The speaker will be Paul Davis.

Demofest is Aug. 17 in Wichita.

The group signed a birthday card for longtime member Erna Mae Yeagley who turned 94 years old that day.

Connie Fisher closed the meeting with devotional thoughts from “In Touch” magazine.
