Happy Hustlers

Roll call at Happy Hustlers 4-H club meeting at 7 p.m. April 3 at the Marion Christian Church was, “What is your favorite sport?” Twenty-three members, four leaders, and six parents answered the question.

Tristan Williams gave a talk on “Finding Your Rabbit,” while Sara Groening led the club in birthdays and the 4-H Spirit song with the help of the Exploring 4-H project.

The March minutes were read and approved. For treasurer’s report, Corin Parmley said that the balance was still $680.12.

Johnny Zieammermann thanked those who helped with Dr. Seuss Day. Wanda Williams said that she took the leftover Dr. Seuss cookies to the food bank.

Tristan Williams said that last month’s meeting was put in the paper during reporter’s report.

Johnny reminded members that horse ID’s are due May 1.

Tina Groening is having an Exploring 4-H meeting at 3 p.m. April 17.

Cassie Meyer gave a parliamentarian procedure of the club agenda.

Larry Zieammermann led the program. There was no recreation.

The next meeting will be at 7 p.m. May 1 at Marion Christian Church.
