At its Jan. 2 meeting at Marion Christian Church, the Happy Hustlers 4-H Club voted to hold their February meeting Friday.

Cathy Martin reported the lock-in would be Friday and Saturday at Eastmoor United Methodist Church.

Myranda Stika, junior vice president, led the program. Elise Schlehuber, junior song leader, led the club in singing “Happy Birthday” to those with January birthdays.

The community leaders asked everyone present to write on a strip of paper what they could bring to 4-H and what they hoped to get out of 4-H. The strips were added to the club’s paper chain. Ella Schlehuber, junior recreation leader, led the club in playing a game.

Refreshments were provided by the Martin/Zieammermann family.
