Harry Koslowsky

Harry Koslowsky, 77, died Dec. 16, 2008, at his home in Marion.

Born April 4, 1931, in Peabody, he was the son of Henry and Elma (Seibel) Koslowsky.

He married Theodora Longhofer June 17, 1955, in Marion. She survives.

He served in the U.S. Army in Korea.

He retired from Kansas Department of Transportation.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Julie.

Other survivors include two sons, Jim Koslowsky of Fayetteville, Ga., and John Koslowsky of Towanda; a daughter, Jeanne Brooks of Orlando, Fla.; and two grandchildren.

A memorial service was Saturday at Marion Christian Church .

The Rev. Carl Helm officiated.

A private family burial was held at Marion Cemetery.

A memorial fund has been established for the church.
