April 5: A theft was reported in the 100 block of South Main Street.

April 6: A subject reported being the victim of a magazine sales phone scam. A gunshot was reported in the 200 block of South Date Street; the officer discovered it was fireworks. A verbal disturbance was reported in the 300 block of North Madison Street.
