Sept. 27: An activity complaint was filed in the 200 block of South Cedar Street. A dog complaint was checked in the 300 block of North Ash Street. A motorist received assistance in the 400 block of North Ash Street.

Sept. 28: A funeral escort was provided. A dog complaint was filed in the 300 block of South Birch Street. A child welfare complaint was reported in the 400 block of South Lincoln Street. A report was made of a Hillsboro resident actively violating parole. A camper hook-up was provided at Memorial Park.

Sept. 29: An individual was reportedly selling door to door without a permit. An individual was fingerprinted for employment purposes. A 911 disconnect was reported at an unknown location. Assistance was provided to a motorist in the 900 block of East D Street. Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics received assistance with an investigation.

Sept. 30: A noise complaint was filed in the 400 block of South Ash Street. A court services officer received assistance with an investigation.

Oct. 1: A funeral escort was provided. An individual reported receiving a suspicious call from a solicitor, claiming to be from a charitable organization, but discovered the organization has not called her. A probation violation was reported in the 500 block of East Grand Avenue.

Oct. 2: A traffic complaint was reported on South Ash Street. An officer assisted the city with vehicle inspections. Hillsboro City Council packets were delivered. Suspicious activity by an individual, visiting from out of state, was reported.

Oct. 3: Wind damage was reported in the 500 block of East D Street. A landlord and tenant dispute was investigated in the 700 block of West Grand Avenue. Suspicious activity was reported in the 400 block of South Main Street. A dog complaint was filed in the 600 block of South Ash Street.

Oct. 4: A dog complaint was reported in the 500 block of South Main Street. A property dispute was reported in the 300 block of South Ash Street when neighbors argued about property lines. A motorist received assistance in the 500 block of South Wilson Street. Marion County Sheriff’s Department received assistance with a domestic disturbance. Assistance was provided when a prisoner needed medical attention at Hillsboro Community Hospital.

Oct. 5: A child custody dispute was reported in the 400 block of South Birch Street. A funeral escort was provided. The sheriff’s department received assistance with an investigation. A telephone harassment complaint was filed in the 400 block of South Birch Street. A harassment complaint was filed in the 100 block of North Birch Street. A theft was reported in the 500 block of East Grand Avenue.

Oct. 6: Officers assisted Marion County Health Department with “Walk Your Child to School Day” at Hillsboro Elementary School. A funeral escort was provided. A camper hook-up was provided at Memorial Park. Two vandalism reports were filed at Tabor College when two individuals reported someone had used a sharp object to scratch their cars. Criminal threat charges are pending against a Hutchinson man after a disturbance was reported in the 300 block of South Washington Street.

Oct. 7: A suspicious person was checked in the 300 block of North Ash Street. Packets were delivered to Hillsboro Planning Commission members. A camper hook-up was provided at Memorial Park.

Oct. 8: Assistance was provided to the city with inspection of city vehicles. Suspicious activity was checked in the 200 block of North Ash Street.

Oct. 9: Truant students were reported in the 500 block of South Washington Street and the 200 block of East F Street. Vandalism was reported in the 400 block of South Ash Street. A dog complaint was filed in the 200 block of South Kennedy Street. An individual was reportedly threatening another individual over the telephone in the 700 block of West Grand Avenue. Assistance was provided when a gas spill occurred in the 500 block of East A Street. An individual reported that someone had thrown eggs at her vehicle in the 300 block of South Birch Street. Suspicious activity was reported in the 100 block of West Grand Avenue. Two curfew violations were reported.

Oct. 10: Vandalism was reported in the 200 block of South Main Street when eggs were thrown on a vehicle. A funeral escort was provided. A child custody dispute was reported in the 400 block of South Ash Street. A motorist received assistance in the 400 block of North Ash Street.
