Couple announces engagement

Sherri Humphrey of Clinton, Mo., and Kevin Schmidt of Overland Park announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

Pat Bristow of Montrose, Mo., and Robert and Bonnie Schmidt of Marion and the late Jerry Bristow are the couple’s parents.
