Area law enforcement provided the following reports of incidents:

Property damage

Greg James Wyatt, 301 S. Berry St., Lost Springs, reported Nov. 3 that someone had damaged a front window screen and a bay window on his home. The damage was estimated at $250.

Battery and damage to property

An incident at 7 a.m. Nov. 13 at 731 Newell Road, Peabody, was reported when Nicholas W. Abramowich, 731 Newell Road, Peabody, was reportedly battered. In the same incident, a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt sustained $500 in damages. The car was owned by Valeree Hett, 129 S. Freeborn St., Marion.

Battery

Steve H. Giles, 53, 147 W. Main St., Marion, told authorities that he was struck in the face at 1:25 a.m. Nov. 14 at 420 W. Santa Fe St., Marion.
