Marion police report the following incidences:

Battery

At 12:40 a.m. Nov. 30, Christina M. Vazquez, 900½ E. Main St., Marion, reported she was assaulted in her home. A wooden door frame, valued at $100, was damaged by the suspect. The suspect also is accused of criminal damage, criminal threat, disorderly conduct, and assault.

Matthew Lee Druse, 223 N. Roosevelt St., Marion, reported being assaulted at 5 p.m. Dec. 15 at 809 E. Weldon St., Marion.

Thefts

A reindeer Christmas decoration was taken between 10 and 11 p.m. Dec. 4 from the front yard at 401 S. Coble St., Marion. Michael Martin reported the theft. The loss was valued at $50.

Solar yard lights were taken between midnight and 11 a.m. Dec. 5 from the front yard at 125 S. Cedar St., Marion. Delores Stika reported the theft. The loss was valued at $50.

Burglary

Someone entered the back door of a home at 222 N. Cedar St., Marion, at 1 p.m. Dec. 7, and removed a Uniden cordless phone, valued at $40.

Thefts

Raymond C. Martin, 2206 360th Road, Herington, reported thieves took more than $500 in tools and supplies from his property Nov. 25. A Stihl 18-inch chain saw, a handsaw, 50 gallons of gas, a 2-gallon gas can, and a gallon of bar oil were taken.

Atmos Energy, 601 W. Main St., Herington, reported theft of services at 220 Chicago St., Lost Springs. The loss was not determined.
