Theft

Someone entered a campsite during the night May 29 at Cottonwood Point at Marion Reservoir and removed eight fishing poles and reels from a boat that belonged to Thomas R. Heflin, Guyman, Okla. The loss was valued at $215.

Marion police released the following reports:

Criminal damage to property

Someone broke a window to a crawl space under Shannon L. Eden’s home at 134 N. Cedar St., Marion. The incident was reported May 17. Damage was estimated at $1,000.

Violation of protective order from stalking

An individual was contacted at 9 p.m. May 25 in the 300 block of E. Main Street, Marion, violating a protection from stalking order.
