Nadine Hoch Kline of Arlington, Texas, is turning 90, and her family will have a reception from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday at 3 Lakeshore Drive at Marion County Park and Lake. There will be cake at the fountain in Central Park after the Old Settlers’ Day parade, as well.
