Mack Weber

Mack Weber, 56, of Burns, died July 20 from gastric cancer.

Born Dec. 19, 1956, in Newton, to Kenneth and Margaret Weber, he attended Peabody High School, the former Butler County Junior College, and Kansas State University. He was a nursing home administrator in the Kansas City area before returning to Burns to care for his parents.

His parents and companion Richard Sanders preceded him in death.

Survivors include two brothers, Pete of Hays and Scott of Peabody.

A memorial service was Tuesday at Burns Methodist Church. A private burial will be later.
