Couple plan March wedding

Julie Bebermeyer of Greenwood, Mo., announces the engagement and approaching marriage of her daughter, Lisa Engler, to Kyle James Manwaring both of Marion.

She is the granddaughter of Lou and Janet Engler of Lenexa and Chuck and Jane Bebermeyer of Hiawatha.

William C. Manwaring and Kimberly Manwaring of Burlington are the prospective groom’s parents. Grandparents are William N. Manwaring, Jim and Iris McKale, and Virgil Hern all of Abilene and the late June Manwaring. Nadine McKale of Longford and the late Dale McKale are his great-grandparents.

The bride-to-be is attending Flint Hills Technical College in Emporia, studying business administrative technology. She is employed by Marion County Communications.

Her fiancé has a degree in biology from Emporia State University and is employed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

The couple is planning a wedding March 12 in Marion.
