Memorial Day weekend was lively with family coming and going, either visiting and eating lunch or going out to put flowers on loved ones’ graves.

Everyone helped Irvin and Muriel Christiansen celebrate 72 years of marriage. They had a blast with target shooting.

The ladies looked nice May 30 after getting their hair done and getting manicures.

The garden is doing wonderful. There are quite a few little tomatoes and peppers appearing. Everyone’s mouth is watering just thinking about eating the fresh veggies.

Residents are planning to go to the park for a picnic in the middle of June as well as a bus trip out next week to see how harvest is going. We hope the weather will cooperate.
