Marion City Library is displaying a selection of barbecue cookbooks to celebrate May as National Barbecue Month and to kick-start the summer outdoor cooking season.
These include “Weber’s Way to Grill,” by Jamie Purviance, “Grilling for Dummies,” “Barbecue Bible-Sauces, Rubs, and Marinades,” by Steven Raichlen, “The Barbecue Bible,” by Steven Raichlen, “Dinosaur Bar B Que — An American Roadhouse,” “Taste of Home — Backyard Grilling.” and “The New Grilling Book,” by Better Homes and Gardens.
These and many other cookbooks have great recipes and tips for the grilling season.
