Nov. 16: A theft was reported. Stolen property was recovered and returned to the owner. Criminal damage to property was reported. Radar was run. Suspicious activity was checked. Response was given to a 911 hang-up. EMS received assistance with a call. Marion County Sheriff’s Department received assistance with a traffic stop and an arrest.

Nov. 17: School zones were patrolled. Officers met with a concerned citizen. Vehicle identification number inspections were conducted. A citizen received assistance. A missing person was reported; the individual was located. Traffic stops were made. Follow-up investigations were conducted. Officers worked on reports.

Nov. 18: School zones were patrolled. VIN inspections were conducted. Traffic stops were made. Officers worked on reports and met with a concerned citizen.

Nov. 19: School zones were patrolled. Officers attended court hearings. Two juveniles were checked reportedly playing on top of a vehicle. Radar was run on Main Street. Follow-up investigations and VIN inspections were conducted.

Nov. 20: School zones were patrolled. VIN inspections and investigations were conducted. Officers worked on reports. A reckless driver complaint was checked. A theft was reported. A possible prowler was investigated.

Nov. 21: A non-injury accident was investigated. School zones were patrolled. Radar was run on Main Street. Officers worked on reports. VIN inspections were conducted. Response was given to a dog running at-large. A domestic dispute was reported.

Nov. 22: Traffic stops were made. Assistance with a call was provided to the sheriff’s department. Response was given to a report of possible gunshots being fired. Officers worked on reports and conducted follow-up investigations.

Nov. 23: Officers worked on reports. Criminal damage to property was reported. Traffic control was provided for LifeWatch.

Nov. 24: School zones were patrolled. Criminal damage to property was reported. Response was given to a dog running at-large complaint. A possible burglary was investigated. An officer met with Marion County Attorney regarding casework. VIN inspections were conducted. Kansas Highway Patrol received assistance with a traffic stop. Assistance was provided to EMS with a call. An open business door was located. Traffic stops were made. Response was given to a noise complaint. A lost motorist received assistance with directions.

Nov. 25: School zones were patrolled. Officers worked on reports. A theft was reported. Follow-up investigations were reported. Radar was run on North Cedar Street. An attempted burglary report was filed. Traffic stops were made. Personal property was recovered.

Nov. 26: VIN inspections were conducted. A funeral escort was provided. Officers’ training was conducted. A reckless driver complaint was checked. Traffic stops were made. Officers worked on reports.

Nov. 27: A driving complaint was checked. Traffic control was provided for LifeWatch. A dog running at-large was picked up. Officers worked on reports.

Nov. 28: Officers worked on reports. Radar was run on Main Street. Assistance was provided to Peabody Police Department with a domestic dispute. Follow-up investigations were conducted.

Nov. 29: Response was given to an activated alarm. A runaway was reported and later located. Response was given to a domestic dispute resulting in an arrest. Officers worked on reports.

There were seven warnings issued, one notice to appear, and one arrest.
