Officers conducted traffic stops and follow-up investigations, worked on reports, attended meetings, and provided vehicle identification number inspections.

April 4: Backup was provided to a Marion County sheriff’s deputy.

April 5: School zones were patrolled. Criminal damage to property was reported. A walk-through was provided at Marion High School. Officers responded to a fire.

April 10: MHS received assistance with providing alcohol testing at the prom. A domestic dispute was reported. A non-injury accident was investigated.

April 11: A civil standby was provided. An officer met with a concerned citizen. A dog running at-large was reported.

April 12: School zones were patrolled. A non-injury accident was investigated. A civil process was served. An officer met with a concerned citizen about a stalking incident.

April 13: School zones were patrolled. An officer met with a concerned citizen about a domestic dispute. Response was given to an injury accident south of town. A civil standby was provided. A dog complaint was filed. Backup was provided for a deputy and assistance with a combative prisoner at the county jail was provided.

April 14: School zones were patrolled. Response was given to OASIS regarding a runaway student. A report was made of juveniles shooting air soft guns in Central Brooker Park. An officer met with a concerned citizen. Harassment was reported.

April 15: School zones were patrolled. Response was given to MHS regarding a fight. A domestic dispute was reported.

April 16: School zones were patrolled. A civil standby was provided. A dog running at-large was reported. Radar was run on North Cedar Street. Emergency medical services personnel received assistance with a call. A non-injury accident was investigated. An officer met with a concerned citizen.

April 17: A welfare check was provided. A transient was checked on Main Street.

Officers issued 11 warning citations. There were no notices to appear served and no arrests made.
