Marion Senior Center continues to average 50 people or more attending meals at the center, plus those receiving Meals on Wheels.
Sue Clough celebrated her birthday Feb. 25. She brought ice cream cups. Jane Gooding brought treats for her birthday March 2 while volunteering at the center.
Trail Song Willie, of Herington, performed March 3. He also shared some knowledge about cattle trails in Kansas.
The center’s Walk Kansas team, the Senior Center Sensations, prepared to walk March 7 with a kickoff at USD 408 Sports and Aquatic Center. The team includes Rhonda Brenzikofer, Sue Clough, Norine Holtsclaw, Jerry Kline, Leonard Klassen, and Janet Bryant as team captain.
Senior Center Day will be St. Patrick’s Day, March 17. Keith Collett will present Irish music. Those who attend are reminded to wear green.
