Shirley Bowers brought some flowers from her yard, columbines and rockets to the Marion Senior Center recently. She also announced the birth of her 17th great-grandchild.
Carolan McFarland of St. Luke Integrated Health Care Clinic spoke to the seniors about stress and relaxation techniques. They practiced some of the movements to relieve stress.
Bonnie Sawyer of Marion Assisted Living will give the program on April 25.
