The Marion High School volleyball team finished regular season play Tuesday, defeating Peabody-Burns and losing to Remington.
Marion controlled its matches against Peabody, getting off to a 14-6 start before Peabody began a comeback, getting within two at 22-20. Marion scored three straight to win.
Marion came back from an 8-4 deficit the second game to win 25-19.
The Warriors could not overcome errors and a size disadvantage against Remington, losing 25-21 and 25-18.
The Warriors play next at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Heart of America tournament at Ell-Saline.
