Marion student wins local scholarship

Shelter Insurance, partnered with local agent Doug Heerey, awarded Marion High School graduate Jarred Rahe a $2,000 scholarship this week to help with his college costs.

Rahe was chosen by a committee of high school officials and community leaders based on his scholastic achievements, educational goals, citizenship, moral character, and participation and leadership in school and community activities.
