Fernand Samson, a fourth-year medical student at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, is receiving hands-on clinical training from Dr. Don Hodson at Marion Family Physicians.

Samson began work with Hodson Oct. 24 and will remain through Nov. 19. The training is part of the School of Medicine’s required rural preceptorship program.
