Thursday — Smothered steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables, tossed salad, fruit cup with cookie, whole wheat roll.

Friday — Salmon patties, baked potatoes, broccoli, tossed salad, pears, whole wheat roll.

Monday — Closed.

Tuesday — Ham loaf, baked sweet potato, lima beans, gelatin cake with fruit cup,, tossed salad, whole wheat roll.

Jan. 17 — Smothered pork cutlets, hashbrown casserole, broccoli, apple crisp, whole wheat roll.

Jan. 18 — Beef stroganoff over noodles, green beans, blue plums with cake, tossed salad, whole wheat roll.
