Thursday — Smothered steak, baked potatoes, zucchini, fruit cup, cookie, whole-wheat roll.

Friday — Salmon, mashed potatoes, pea salad, fruit, whole-wheat roll.

Monday — Hamburger on a bun, green beans, corn salad, apricots, apple cake.

Tuesday — Shaker bean soup, coleslaw, peaches, cornbread, cookies.

Feb. 21 — Meatloaf, baked potato, baked beans, fruit.

Feb. 22 — Smoked sausage casserole, carrots, cake with fruit, whole-wheat roll.
