MES seeks greeting card pictures
Senior Center
Patrons are encouraged to save front pictures from greeting cards and drop them off at the center for a Marion Elementary School project.
A group from Aulne United Methodist Church ate lunch at the center Jan. 25 to celebrate the birthdays of Jim Hett, Evelyn Hett, and Betty Just.
Jeff Priest, a hearing instrument specialist from Newton, walked around the center that day playing electronic sounds and discussing how patrons with hearing loss might miss sounds like bird songs.
Max Ewert recently donated a poker tabletop to the center.
In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, Sara Carter of Angles Care will speak about heart issues Feb 8.
