Marion High School forensics placed first Thursday at Goessel High School.

Alex Eurit won first place in solo humorous acting and third in informative speaking. The team of Brady Hudson and Brooke Johnson earned first in improvised duet acting.

The duo took the top two places in prose — Hudson, first; and Johnson, second. Caroline Collett earned third in prose and sixth in poetry.

Landon Leiker placed fourth in informative speaking, and Sarah Guetersloh placed fourth in solo humorous acting.

Guetersloh and Leiker earned fourth in improvised duet acting.
