Marion High School performed well Saturday at State 3A Small Ensemble and Solo Music Festival.

The festival was at Southeast of Saline High School. Students were under the direction of vocal director David Clark and band director Adam Johnson.

MHS students receiving I ratings were Marion Singers, men’s ensemble, ladies ensemble, vocal soloists Caroline Collett and Lucy Collett, and trumpet soloist Landon Leiker.

Vocal soloists Leiker and Matt Fine received II ratings, and trombone soloist Sarah Guetersloh earned a III.
