Kayla Ann Nickelson and Travis Shane Richardson, both of Salina announce their engagement.

Kayla is the daughter of Annette Baker of Salina. She is the granddaughter of John and Karen Kline, and niece of Mike and Patsy Kline of Marion.

Travis is the son of Peter and Jane Richardson of Garden City. His grandparents are Loren and Becky Winders of Wichita.

Kayla is employed by OCCK, Salina. Travis is employed by Advance Auto Parts Warehouse, Salina.

The couple will be married Oct. 13 at the Historic Elgin Hotel, Marion.
