A subject harassed a woman in Burns over the telephone and transmitted a comment, image, or text that was also harassment at 5 p.m. Nov. 11 in Burns.

Theft by deception

A Lehigh man was the victim of theft by deception at 10 a.m. Oct. 1 in the 300 block of West Main Street, Lehigh. A check worth $3,200 was written to the perpetrator.
