Violation of protection order
A woman reported two violations of a protection from abuse order, once at 12:25 p.m. Oct. 26 and again at 2 p.m. Sunday, by a 56-year-old man. Charges are pending.
Sheriff’s department
Theft
Larry and Yvonne Cushenberry reported the theft of two lighted crosses, one lighted color-changing ball, and one tin angel with a torch with a combined estimated value of $77 from Durham Park Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 14. The sheriff’s department report indicates suspicion that the theft was motivated by hate of an unknown source.
Burglary and theft
Shields Service & Supply of Lincolnville reported the theft of three laptop computers and a printer with a combined estimated value of $2,800 between 2:45 a.m. Oct. 22 and 8:30 a.m. Oct. 23.
Criminal damage to property
Damage to a 1992 Ford F150 pickup with an estimated value of $1,100 was reported at 12:03 a.m. Oct. 27 on Old Mill Rd. between 50th and 60th Rds. The sheriff’s department report indicates suspicion that the offender had been drinking.
Burglary
Theft of a battery from a 1995 Ford pickup and an Arctic Cat all-terrain vehicle with a combined estimated value of $7,527 was reported at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 29 on Sunflower Rd. between 30th and 40th Rds.
Burglary
Theft of a 2003 Honda four-wheeler with an estimated value of $3,000 was reported at 5 p.m. Oct. 30 on U.S. 56 between Quail Creek and Remington Rds.
