According to offense reports released this past week:

SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Motor fuel theft/ criminal damage

Jim Findley, 58, Peabody, reported that 20 gallons of gasoline that had been stolen and a 2006 Ford E-250 van was damaged at Electric Kansas in Newton, sometime between 8 a.m. Aug. 18 and 7:29 a.m. Sept. 8.

Criminal deprivation of property

Beth Phillips, 52, Burns, reported that her 2007 Toyota Tundra had been stolen sometime between 3 p.m. Sept. 2 and 12:10 a.m. Sept. 3.
