Driving under the influence
A motorist was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol while transporting an open container after being stopped at 2:30 a.m. Oct. 30 in the 100 block of Maple St..
Assault
Kevin Logan, 25, of Marion reported that an individual made comments that caused him to fear for his safety at 8 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Ashley Dr.
Possession of Marijuana
A motorist was discovered to have 0.1 gram of marijuana, valued at $1, after being stopped at 10:10 p.m. Nov. 3 in the 600 block of S. Freeborn St.
Possession of methamphetamines
A suspect was discovered to be in possession of methamphetamines and assorted drug paraphernalia, with a combined value of $8, after police executed a search warrant at 8:30 p.m. Nov. 3 at residence in the 600 block of S. Freeborn St.
SHERIFF’S
Possession of depressant
Reporting officer Travis Wilson filed an offense after finding 8 grams of marijuana between 3 and 3:30 p.m. Nov. 5 in the 2700 block of Robin St. in Pilsen.
Operation of vehicle without valid license
An offense was reported at 7:30 a.m. Oct. 23 after an individual operated a vehicle without a valid license in the 1200 block of US-77 near Florence.
Theft
Ronald Jirak, 57, Tampa, reported that between 12:33 a.m. and 12:45 a.m. Oct. 28, $80 was stolen from a specialty store in the 400 block of Columbus St. in Tampa.
