Criminal trespass

Nancy Marr, 75, Marion, was victim to criminal trespass at her residence on Old Mill Rd. between 8 p.m. Feb. 20 and 1:30 p.m. Feb. 22.

Battery

Cassandra Maynard, 30, Florence, was victim to battery between 12:05 a.m. and 12:10 a.m. Feb. 22 at 5th and Doyle Sts.

Theft of properties or services; misdemeanor

Jennifer Swartz, 28, Hillsboro, reported the theft from a vehicle of prescription pain meds valued at $25 along with $30 U.S. currency from vehicle on Indigo Rd. between 270th and 280th Rds. between 5 and 6:45 p.m. Feb. 21.
