Hillsboro
Damage to Post Office
Rebecca Tibbetts of the U.S. Postal Service reported $1,000 of estimated damage to the east side of Hillsboro Post Office between 2 p.m. Feb. 28 and 9 a.m. Feb. 29. Police reports said an unknown motorist appears to have struck a brick column, causing possible significant structural damage. Reports indicate the impact pushed the wall inward causing the front door frame to buckle. Cracks in the wall near the ceiling also were noted.

Theft
Randall Eitzen, 56, Peabody, was victim to theft between 5 p.m. Feb. 26 and 3 p.m. Feb. 28. An antique cycle mower valued at $350 and a road drag valued at $200 was taken from Nighthawk Rd. between Indigo and Jade Rds.
