Driving under the influence

Thomas E. Siebert, 50, Hillsboro, was arrested at 3:38 a.m. Sunday on suspicion of a DUI in the 100 block of S. Cedar St. Siebert was originally stopped for a taillight out on his 2002 Chevy C3500, when officers reportedly witnessed him under the influence and found an open container found in his vehicle.
