Old Settlers’ Day is scheduled for Sept. 29 in Marion, along with the many class reunions that accompany the homecoming celebration.

Class reunions can be publicized in the Marion County Record by e-mailing information to news@marionrecord.com or dropping off information at the newspaper office.

Class of 1947

The Marion High School class of 1947 will meet at 9 a.m. Sept. 29 at Zimmerman’s for breakfast. The group will then ride in the Old Settlers’ Day parade and be recognized in the afternoon program in Central Park. They will have dinner at 6 p.m. at Zimmerman’s.
