Patricia Ann Swafford, 68, of Hillsboro, died Dec. 6 in Hillsboro.

She was born March 7, 1942, in Hutchinson, to Frank Orville and Francis (Yates) Swafford.

She was a waitress and never married.

A sister, Jean, and three brothers, Carl, Frank Jr., and Jimmie, preceded her in death.

Survivors include a brother, Roy, of Cheney; and four sisters, Donna of Hillsboro, Sharon McAllister of Garland, Texas, Linda Gehring of Hutchinson, and Paula Cunningham of South Hutchinson.

A service will be at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the Patricia Swafford Memorial Fund has been established in care of Jost Funeral Home, Hillsboro.
