Patrons learned about disasters and tornado preparation April 30 at Marion Senior Center. County emergency manager Randy Frank told seniors how to make an emergency kit and plan.
USDA food commodities will be distributed beginning at 8 a.m. on Thursday.
An AARP safe driving course will be offered at the center from 1 to 5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. Seniors will learn to drive defensively, how to deal with aggressive drivers, and how to adjust to vision and hearing loss.
On May 14 patrons will fill out the area agency survey.
Program at 12:15 p.m. on May 15 will be a representative from the Better Business Bureau.
