Paul H. Suderman, 85, of Hillsboro died Nov. 30, 2011, at Newton Medical Center.

He was born Nov. 11, 1926, in Hillsboro to J.F. and Agatha (Hiebert) Suderman. He was a farmer.

He marrid Elda Ensz on April 5, 1952, in Reedley, Calif. She preceded him in death in 2004.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Melvin Suderman; and a sister, Malinda Suderman.

He is survived by two sons, Greg Suderman of Elkhart, Ind., and Barry Suderman of Tulsa, Okla.; two daughters, Dana Braun of North Newton and Ronda King of rural Hillsboro; a sister, Laura Goertzen of Aurora, Neb.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A memorial service was Tuesday at Ebenfeld Mennonite Brethren Church, rural Hillsboro, officiated by Pastor Gaylord Goertzen. Burial was Tuesday at Ebenfeld Cemetery. The family received visitors Monday at Jost Funeral Home, Hillsboro.

Memorial funds have been established for Parkside Homes, Mennonite Central Committee Food Relief, and Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
