Police report

Sept. 23: A suspect was arrested for driving with a suspended license. A case of battery was filed with the Marion County Attorney’s office. The suspect and victim are juveniles.

Thursday: A suspect was arrested for driving with a suspended license.

Saturday: Police worked a non-injury accident at the intersection of U.S. 50 highway and Maple Street. Officers assisted animal control with a dog at large. The animal’s owner did not have a record of shots or a current tag for the dog and was ticketed. The owner also was charged with animal neglect and harboring a vicious animal.
