Police Report

Oct. 12: Vandalism was reported. The case has been solved and charges filed.

Oct. 13: Criminal damage to property was reported. The case is under investigation.

Oct. 16: A juvenile was arrested at school as a “child in need of care.” The case will go to district court. Citations for curfew violation were issued to three juveniles. They will appear in municipal court.

Oct. 19: A report was taken of domestic battery. The case has been solved and the charges were unfounded.

Oct. 20: A license plate was reported stolen.

Friday: Employees at a business at Ninth and Walnut streets reported a gas skip. The case is under investigation.

A sick, non-domestic animal was killed within the city limits.

Saturday: Battery was reported and is under investigation.

Sunday: A dog bit an adult. The owner was cited for having a vicious animal, for a dog allowed to run at-large, and for failing to have the dog vaccinated for rabies.
