Lora Gay and Terry Bowen entered pleas of not guilty at their arraignment hearing Monday at the Marion County Courthouse, according to Kansas Attorney General’s Office Communications Director Gavin Young.

Bowen is charged with two counts of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy, aggravated kidnapping, and battery.

Gay’s jury trial is scheduled for Nov. 29 through Dec. 1. A motion hearing is scheduled for Nov. 1 at 10 a.m.

Bowen’s jury trial is scheduled for Dec. 13 to 15. A motion hearing is set for Nov. 9 at 1:15 p.m.
