Peggy Ann (Yadon) Baker, 73, died April 22, 2012, in Council Grove.

She was born Aug. 7, 1938, in Marion County to Arthur L. Yadon and Cleo Bowen. She was a nurse and medical aide.

She is survived by three sons, Kevin Lindamood, Kurt Baker, and Mark Baker; three daughters, Carol Thrash, Cleo Sharr, and Terri Goff; two brothers, Carlos Girk and Frank Bowen; two sisters, Geri Glenn and Erma Nellans; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Arthur L. Baker; and one son, John Lindamood.

A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Baker Funeral Home, Peabody, officiated by the Rev. Jim Pohlman.
